 The 12th International Contest for the Best Cup Bearer in Rodos Palace.

 The 12th International Contest for the Best Cup Bearer is held in Rodos Palace of Rhodes island from the 18th to the 21st of May 07.
It is a long-standing contest, as it is organized since 1969, and every third year, by the International Cup Bearer Union (ÁSI – Association de la Sommellerie Internationale). This contest aims in promoting the profession of cup bearer.
Rodos Palace has undertaken the organization of this event. Many important journalists and cup bearers from 48 countries will be accommodated at the hotel for the next few days.
Many important and International companies are participating in the contest, such as Moet & Chandon and San Pellegeino (Nestle). The local self-government, public and private corporations will contribute in order make the best of it.
The contest will end on May 20th with an impressive celebration. The program includes amongst others social events, food and wine exhibitions, as and a gala.
