Naxo's archaeological museum is roofed under the old trade School of Iisouites and is now characterized as a historic monument. Francs built it and it's typical of Naxo's style of the 17th century.
The museum hosts important findings from excavations of the Second World War to our days. The findings are dated from the Neolithic to the Paleochristianic times (5300BC-5th century AC). Among these exhibits distinguish: figurines of cycladitic times made of marble, jewellery of Chalk times, capiters, vases etc.

APIRANTHO'S ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM
In Apirantho's archaeological museum, near the homonym village, you can see the findings from excavations in the island dated from the prehistoric times. Among them distinguish the stone columns with anaglyph decorations from the protocycladitic temple in Korfi.

APIRANTHO'S LAOGRAPHIC MUSEUM
Apirantho's Laographic museum is roofed under a traditional building with three rooms (kitchen, workshop with a loom and a bedroom) and a yard. From its exhibits (items for domestic use, agricultural tools, apparel and webs) the visitor sees the traditional way of living and people's habits.
