The coastal settlement of Agia Pelagia belongs to the developed in tourism regions of Kythira. It is located in the north part of the island, 26km from Chora.
The enchanting beach of Agia Pelagia is organized (with umbrellas and sunbeds) and is ideal for water sports and beach volley.
The port is connected in regular bases to Neapoli of Peloponese, Gythio, Monemvasia and Antikythira.
Very close to the settlement you will meet beach Fyri Ammos with a red shore. Lorentzos’ beach preferred by nudists, as and the beach of Lagada, where the canyon of Paleochora ends. During the last years many hotel complexes are built satisfying all demands. Along the coastal road you will find many taverns, coffeehouses and tourist shops.
