There are every day routes from Agios Constantinos and Volos to the two ports of Skopelos (the central in Chora and that in Glossa).
The courses through flying dolphins are connected to Athens with buses.

Skopelos has no airport. It is served by Skiathos’ airport. You can take a plane to Skiathos and then the ferry to Skopelos.
