Amorgos' archaeological collection is roofed under a historic building of the island. In Tower Gavra, a mansion of the 18th century that is now renovated. It hosts findings from excavations in the ancient towns Aegiali, Arsekini and Minoa. In this collection are also exhibited sculptures, statues, anaglyphs, inscriptions, ceramics and vases dated from the Archaic times, 6th century BC, to the Roman times, 2nd century AC.
