The house where our great author Alexander Papadiamantis lived is very close to the port and today operates as a museum. If you visit it you will see many furniture and personal stuff of Papadiamantis. The layout is the same as it was during the last moments of our gazetteer. Municipality of Skiathos preserves it in a pretty good condition. The visitor can see the bed, the Kist, the ink bottle, the office, photos and unpublished editions of this penman.
