Argasi is one of the most important tourist resorts in the island. Being very close to the town, only 4km from the center and its natural beauties made it a famous tourist resort. It combines a green land and crystal blue-green waters. An idyllic picture to fulfill every traveler’s dream. In the region you will see many old churches and the remains of a medieval castle. You will also see a path leading to the top of the hill Skopos. There, according to mythology, used to live goddess Artemis. Today you can see the monastery of Panagia Skopiotissa.
