 Alopronia

Alopronia or Ano Pronia is the island’s port. It is located n the southeastern part of Sikinos, 3,5km from Chora. This small fish village is the first picture you see as the ship enters the port.
The settlement has big tourist development. In the region around the port you will find a lot of hotels and rooms to let. Here is beating the heart of nightlife. Of course Sikinos does not appeal to those seeking for high rhythms and emotions. Thus, chances for entertainment won’t miss you.
But mostly you will enjoy the clean and idyllic beaches, most of which offer you the sense of a private beach. Swim in the beach of Alopronia and take a boat to visit those of Agios Georgios, Agios Panteleimonas, Dialiskari, Santorinaika and Petra. All these beaches have sand or small pebbles and are famous for their natural beauty and clarity of waters.
