Small East Cyclades where Koufonisia belong, are connected with the port of Piraeus all year around. The trip lasts about 8,30 hours.
Koufonisia through line Milos – Folegandros – Ios – Thira – Koufonisi – Amorgos and line Paros – Naxos – Iraklia – Schinoussa – Koufonisia – Katapola, are connected with the respective islands.
There is also a regular connection to Naxos.
