Literally just had dinner here, and compared to the others near by this is by far the best food ever! The service is amazing, the gentleman in the cap is next level accomodating, fun and speaks amazing English! The food was incredible (grilled Halloumi cheese & chicken gyros with no onion) , so full of flavour and not greasy at all! I don’t eat chips but I did tonight. They cut them from real potato’s not out of a packet! The tzatziki is the best I’ve ever had, packs a punch but amazing! The music is great background music, great songs. Without a doubt, the best chicken gyro I’ve had on the island and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. My wife and I stopped here on our very first night on the island, and from the first bite we knew we had found something special. The chicken was incredibly flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked, paired with fresh ingredients that made every bite outstanding. Over the course of our trip, we tried plenty of other places, but we kept comparing everything back to this restaurant. It was so good that on our last night before leaving the island, we made sure to come back one more time because we didn’t want to leave without having their chicken gyro again. Amazing food, friendly service, and a meal that became one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re visiting the island and love gyros, do yourself a favor and stop here you won’t regret it.
Balla Grill House was hands-down one of our favorite spots in Santorini. The food was absolutely amazing, great sized portions, and the prices were fantastic—especially for Santorini, where things can get pricey. My husband and I loved it so much we ate here four times during our trip! The staff were incredible and so friendly. It’s a family-run business, and you can really feel the warmth and hospitality. One time while we were waiting for our takeout, the owner even gave my husband a free beer, which was such a kind and memorable gesture. Delicious food, great value, and genuinely wonderful people. We would 100% come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. Side note: The cats in the surrounding area are also super cute and a huge bonus!
Best gyros we’ve ever had! 😍 It was so delicious after a hot summer day and lots of walking around Imerovigli. Highly recommend! The service was great, and the location is perfect—right by the bus station.
The best gyros! Came here after our flight and the food was delicious so we came back everyday! The bald man was very friendly and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
