  Great find! Food was fantastic, great service and reasonably priced. I had the lamb kebab and my partner had the mixed rotisserie, both were cooked to perfection. Don’t skip the cheese balls!

  Wishbone Char Grill in Perissa exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — especially the grilled chicken and souvlaki. The atmosphere was relaxed, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Everything tasted authentic and was served quickly. It’s a great spot to grab a delicious meal after a long day at the beach. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Santorini.

  Kind waitress, reasonable prices, delicious food , big portion. After many shitty restaurant in Santorini I finally found something awesome. Respect from Hungary.

  Not over busy when we ate here last night we was greeted by a young happy smiling young lady who was also very friendly and on hand to offer advice we opted for the whole rotisserie chicken served with fries plus a fresh pitta and a side offering of Greek yoghurt with a cream cheese mixed into it green pepper and a little spice either to dip our chicken in spread on the pitta or just as a dip The chicken was absolutely delicious succulent very tasty highly recommend come on down and see for yourself!!

  I had a great meal at Wishbone Char Grill in Perissa. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — especially the grilled chicken and mixed meat platter. The portions were generous, and the sides were just as good. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. It’s a relaxed spot with a nice atmosphere, ideal for enjoying tasty grilled food after a day at the beach.
