 The light is born in the town of the waterfalls

 The Municipality of Edessa, using the latest technology, inaugurates a modern approach of the myth around waterfalls.
The opening was on Saturday 2nd of June by the Archbishop of Athens Mr. Hristodoulos, with the presence of the town’s mayor Mr. Yiannis Sontras, in Karanos Waterfall, one of the seven biggest in the city.
According to the program every night at 21:00 there will be presented a photocomposition where light travels, excites, breaths and plays with water.
Ground, wind and water bring back memories and the little water fairy – according to myth – washes her hair in this water garden, causing unique feelings to the viewers.
The Municipality of Edessa invites everyone to the magic world of Edessa, the town of the waters, of the myths, for a trip to light and water, always with the help of modern technology.
The entrance will be free for a period of time.
