In the sea region of Avlemonas close to the islet Andidragonera, a group of archaeologists from the Institute of Enalia Archaeological Researches brought into light many important findings. These findings help us know more about trade and shipping in ancient times.
Today nine stone anchors, remains of shipwrecks and items are found, giving important information.
No one can tell for sure for the conditions of the shipwreck. Chronically the wreck as and the rest findings are dated from the 4^th BC.
Researchers in the bottom of the sea continue and we hope that soon researchers will be in state to answer many questions.
