Kasos is connected with the port of Piraeus. It has a daily connection to Rhodes and other Dodecanese islands.
During the last years Kasos is connected to Crete through line Agios Nikolaos – Sitia – Kasos – Karpathos – Halki – Rhodes and Cyclades Islands through line Piraeus – Milos – Agios Nikolaos – Kasos – Karpathos – Rhodes.
