Serifos is among Kithnos and Sifnos and 73n.m. from the port of Piraeus. It is connected with it through every day routes.
The island’s ground is 73sq.km and rocky. Among hilly bulks are created small valleys, where locals cultivate fruit trees, citrus fruits and vineyards.
Serifos has rich subsoil in iron ores, which utilization is known since ancient times.
Its shores is of morphological interest as they create coves and gulfs with a beautiful beach, while there are spots with abrupt beaches. Mild winters and cool summers due to winds that blow in all Cyclades islands characterize the island’s climate.
