The church of Panagia Paraportiani is one of the best samples of cycladitic architecture. It is a Byzantine temple built in the 15th century, in location Kastro. It is a two -storey building with five temples. Four of them are in the basement. All of them have internal communication.
The church took the name Paraportiani because of its location. It is next to the Castle door.
