Lefkada is a breathtaking island in the Ionian Sea between Corfu and Kefalonia, so close to the mainland that a fifty-meter bridge joins the two. Tranquil and peaceful, or lively and cosmopolitan, the island offers a mix of cultures and ages. Magnificent sandy beaches surround steep rocky cliffs that lead to pine-covered mountains. The village of Agios Nikitas forms a splendid amphitheater for the rich olives groves, golden sands and clear water in the bay below. Situated on the western-and more unspoilt side of the island and twelve kilometers from the capital Lefkada this quaint fishing village is a popular holiday destination. Placed ideally on a hilltop above village is the Santa Marina. A modern hotel, which is tastefully decorated in a traditional location local style. It’s fifty-six rooms, some of which can accommodate up to four people, offer both space and comfort. All rooms are appointed with balconies, air conditions, mini-bar, radio, and telephone. The hotel offers a luxurious swimming pool, with pool bar, barbecue, central bar, upper terrace and restaurant –all sharing the amazing panoramic views.
