Skala Patmos is the main harbor and commercial center of Patmos. It serves as the island's ferry port and the busiest area, with constant activity throughout the day.

The waterfront is lined with cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops, while most transport to Chora and other settlements starts from here. Although it is the most tourist-oriented area on the island, it still retains a relaxed island character compared to more cosmopolitan destinations.
