Palio Mikro Chorio

Palio Mikro Chorio Evrytanias is an old mountain village in Evrytania, near Karpenisi, which was abandoned after landslides and natural disasters. It is located in a lush but steep mountainous area with dense vegetation and rugged terrain.

The settlement is known for its history and abandonment, as most residents relocated to the nearby New Mikro Chorio. Today, the remains of stone houses preserve a unique atmosphere and attract visitors and hikers.

Today, Palio Mikro Chorio is a point of historical and touristic interest, focused on nature exploration, hiking, and experiencing a nearly "lost" village of Evrytania.
