For a more casual and vibrant atmosphere, the Bites & bubbles by Sunsets level is the perfect spot to relax with signature cocktails and soak in the magic of Santorini’s sunsets without the need of a reservation.

Our sparkling wines and champagnes offered are intended to complete the pallet and simply satisfy all sort of tastes and preferences. One can opt between a couple of Greek spirits and various champagnes from our fellow European producers who value the meaning of relaxation and good taste.

Marykay’s bar , for those who know it, is simple, traditional, with an emphasis on white. Its meat-hooks above the entrance attest to its name, having been a butcher’s shop for many years. It is open almost 24 hours a day, from early morning for coffee, sandwiches and sweet treats, until late at night for drinks, music and dancing, to suit all tastes.
