  Dear Elie has been our favorite restaurant in Greece so far. The first time we went the feta with honey and cherries was our favorite dish, so much so thay we went back to get it again, and discovered a new favorite with the gyro pizza! We would recommend this place to anyone

  We had a wonderful experience here in May 2026. We were trying to go to the Avocado restaurant just next door which happened to be closed, but the owner suggest his daughter's restaurant Dear Elie. I'm so glad he did! We ordered the avocado toast (to die for!!! trust me!) and the cheesy omelette with greens (really good!). The owner was very sweet and helpful. Awesome atmosphere, precious dog that was sitting on the stool near the back, and clean restrooms.

  Perfect from the start till the end! Great food, outstanding service. Leoyidas even told us the best time and spot for sun-set pictures. The food was extremely delicious. Extremely hospitable and friendly. It was simply an amazing evening!

  The perfect place to have incredible food whilst enjoying the classic caldera sunset! As soon as we found out it was the sister restaurant to Avocado, we had to check it out and it did not disappoint. We spent three dinners here during our last trip and got a spot outside that was perfect for the sunset. The food is outstanding.. I had the carbonara twice it was so good!! The zucchini balls and baked feta cheese are also *chef's kiss*. We can't wait to come back next time we're in town.
