Η Coffee Lab ξεκίνησε το ταξίδι της από την Χαλκίδα το 2009 κι είναι η πρώτη αλυσίδα street coffee που εφαρµόζει ολοκληρωτικά το concept του 3rd wave coffee. Το 2012 γίνεται η σύσταση της εταιρείας Coffee Lab με την σημερινή της μορφή και το 2015 ξεκινάει η ανάπτυξη του δικτύου franchise .

In 1892, the first mechanical flour mill of the island was built in Fira. During 1925, the flour mill after an upgrading, pioneering for the time, turned into a cylinder mill, thus making a small industrial revolution in the economy of the South Cyclades. The mill was an integral part of the life of the locals till 1965 where its operation ceased. They have even given the mill a name: “Fabrica”. Nowadays, Fabrica Shopping Center operates at the same spot where the mill made the first industrial steps of the island. My father Gregory Chrysos opened in 1976, PK (palia kameni the name of the smaller volcano "old burnt" in translation) building from the lower road up and digging into the cliff, PK was the first cocktail bar on Santorini. Our unique baroque classic style will take you on a further journey overlooking the volcano in the best located bar in the world. Its a huge honour to inherit my fathers hard work after working by his side.
