On a seven-acre plot, with respect and love, we cultivate the land we inherited. The products we produce are the raw materials for our restaurant. Our vision is to create a model of sustainable agriculture and development. Fine herbs, vegetables, and produce gifted by the Cycladic land come from our farm to your plate!
