The protected cove Otzias is in the north part of the island, 11km from Chora. This small settlement is ideal for walks in the narrow paths, where the time has stopped in past times. Sit in the taverns and taste the local recipes.
The best spot of the region is the historic monastery of Panagia Kastriani, built on the abrupt rocks.
Worth to visit in Kefala, are the remains of the neolithic settlement, while in location Three Boukies there have been found traces of inhabitation dated from postminoic period.
Swim in the homonym beach of Otzia and in the near beaches Spathi and Sikamia. In close distance is the cove of Agios Nikolaos with the golden beach and crystal clear waters.
