The ski center of Lailia is located at the mountain of Vrondou, in a 1600 – 1847 m height. It covers the north part of crest Ali Baba and it is found in a forest full of pine trees and beeches. It is worth visiting it and enjoy the unique landscape.
Lailia is a small ski center, a pole of attraction for the residents of Serres and travelers, as it combines in a unique way natural beauties, historic monuments and entertainment. The center is 27k from Serres, 105km from Thessaloniki and 600km from Athens.

It was created in 1978 by the Serres Hiking Association. For many months a year it is covered with snow. It is not accidental that in Lailia are organized national descending races, peripheral championships, and other local snow races.
The ski center has a 1200m descent run, a strength run (of 2500 – 5000 – 7500 – 10000m) and a special place for beginners.
There are 4 trailing lifts and a baby lift. There is the possibility for night skiing at the central ski run.
The center also provides a skiing school, a ski renting equipment, restaurant, bar, trailer and parking space.
We would like to inform you that Lailia has the mountaineering shelter Karabourounis that can host up to 65 persons.
