Koufonisia through line Milos - Folegandros - Ios - Thira - Koufonisi - Amorgos and line Paros - Naxos - Iraklia - Schinoussa - Koufonisia - Katapola, are connected with the respective islands.
There is also a regular connection to Naxos.
