ANDROMEDA PENSION / Cassiopeia Junior suite
|
The Queen Cassiopeia, wife of king Cepheus, was beautiful but arrogant and vain; these two characteristics led to her downfall. Her name in Greek is Κασσιόπη.
The boast of Cassiopeia was that both she and her daughter Andromeda were more beautiful than all the Nereids, the nymph-daughters of the sea god Nereus. This brought the wrath of Poseidon, ruling god of the sea, upon the kingdom of Cepheus.
Junior suite. Cassiopeia is in the corner, and therefore is has two large windows, as well as two balconies where you can relax, read your book, or enjoy the view of the old town.
