The Austria Hotel is located next to the Acropolis in a quiet eminent and privileged area in the heart of Athens, away from the noise and every-day hectic of Athens, in an environment within a discrete surrounding.

Austria Hotel Athens has been operating successfully since 1984, when it first opened its doors to the demanding Greek and the International public. A new 3-star, low-rise city hotel, built in an eminent and peaceful area, across the evergreen Filopappou hill and close to the Acropolis. It's just a few minutes walk from the shopping area of Koukaki, other places of interest and the historical centre of Athens. It's also only a few minutes walk to the public transportation, like the metro and bus, and close to Athen's main avenue Sygrou.

The AUSTRIA HOTEL offers 37 rooms on 3 floors, facing the Filopappou Hill and overlooking the Acropolis or with view of Athens. There are 3 single rooms, 23 twin-bedded rooms and 11 double (Queen-size) rooms. For families, we can add an extra-bed in some of the double or twin rooms.

All rooms are equipped with 20'/50cm color-sat-PayTV, International direct-line-phone with PC-jack to connect your laptop. Certainly, all rooms are with private EnSuite bath/shower with hairdryer.

For your relaxation, you are invited to visit our roof garden with the most exciting view of Athens; a spectacular panorama view from the Acropolis past the Olympic stadium over Athens down to the Saronic Golf to Piraeus.
